TFC uses a recycled nylon and the wool fibers are treated with eco-friendly oxidants to remove the scales to prevent shrinkage when machine washed. Perfect for socks, sweaters or shawls. The yarn is named Amble to reflect the kind of slow relaxed walking enjoyed in the English Lake District where the creators of The Fibre Co. live.
