All standard shipping orders are shipped uninsured via USPS or UPS. Lift Bridge Yarns is not responsible for packages that do not arrive. If you would like your package insured please call 585-364-0521 or email onlineorders (at) liftbridgeyarns.com for the cost to insure your order. Orders are shipped within 2 business days of being received. If an item is out of stock or if there is a question about your order we will contact you via email and/or telephone.

If you need to receive your order faster than standard shipping allows please choose expedited shipping at checkout.

In-Store Pickup Option

We offer free in-store and curb-side pickup for our local customers who place online orders. We will contact you when your order is ready for pick-up, usually within 2 business days of your order being placed.

If another person is picking up your order on your behalf, please call 585-364-0521 or email onlineorders (at) liftbridgeyarns.com to let us know who to expect.

You may pick up your orders during regular business hours or by appointment.

Please be sure to select the correct shipping option when checking out. Once an order is placed we will not be able to alter it.

NEW Local Delivery Option
