Facebook User Data Deletion Instructions

In compliance with Facebook Platform Terms, this page explains how to request the deletion of data Lift Bridge Yarns may have received about you through Facebook Sign-on or other Facebook integrations.

Part 1: Removing the Lift Bridge Yarns App from Facebook

If you used your Facebook account to sign into our website, you can immediately stop our access to your data by removing the app directly from your Facebook account settings.

Go to your Facebook Account's Settings & Privacy.
Click on Settings.
In the left-hand menu, navigate to Apps and Websites.
Find and select the Lift Bridge Yarns app (or the name of your Facebook App).
Click the Remove button.

This action instantly revokes all future access to your Facebook-related data by our systems.

Part 2: Requesting Deletion of Stored Data

Removing the app from Facebook (Part 1) only prevents future access. If you wish to have all personal data that Lift Bridge Yarns currently stores about you (such as your name and email address used for your customer account) permanently deleted from our databases, please send us an email.

To request permanent data deletion, please email:

In your email, please include:

Your full name as it appears on your Lift Bridge Yarns account.
The email address associated with your account.
A clear request to "Permanently Delete My User Data."

Upon receiving your request, we will process the deletion of your account and all associated personal data within 30 days. We will notify you once the deletion is complete.
