All standard shipping orders are shipped uninsured via USPS. Lift Bridge Yarns is not responsible for packages that do not arrive. Please call or email for the cost to insure your order. Orders are shipped within 2 business days of being received. If an item is out of stock or if there is a question about your order, we will contact you via email and/or telephone.

If you need to receive your order faster than standard shipping allows please choose Expedited Shipping at checkout.

In-Store Pickup

We offer curb-side pickup for our local customers who place online orders. We will contact you when your order is ready for pick-up, usually within 24 hours of your order being placed.

You may pick up your orders on:

Wednesday-Saturday from 12-5 pm, or by appointment.

Please be sure to select the correct shipping option when checking out. Once an order is placed we will not be able to alter it.

Colors:

Every Effort is made to present colors on our site accurately. Because yarn has different dye lots and because computer monitors render color differently, color variations may occur. We apologize in advance if the color is not to your liking once in your hand. In this event, please return your yarn as described above.
