Will you wind my yarn I bought at Lift Bridge Yarns?

We are always willing to wind yarn purchased at LBY! If it's busy you may have to leave it for us and we will call you when it is finished. You can always all our ball winding service to your online order as well. Please note how many skeins you'd like wound.

 

Will you wind my yarn that I bought at another shop?

We are happy to wind yarn purchased elsewhere. Our service fee for winding yarn is $20 per hour, with a minimum charge of $5 for 15 minutes of winding. Yarn purchased at Lift Bridge Yarns will be wound free of charge.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse to wind yarn if it is tangled, dirty, or for any other reason deemed unsuitable by our staff. During busy periods, we may need to ask you to leave your yarn for winding and pick it up later.

What is your return policy?

If an item you received isn’t what you were looking for you may return or exchange it within ninety (90) days of purchase. Items must be in original, unused condition and packaging for a full refund. Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned.

 

What can't I return?

We cannot accept returns of patterns, books, gift certificates, discontinued merchandise, sale merchandise, yarn that has been wound or used, or knitting needles and crochet hooks that have been used.

 

Why does this yarn look different in person than on my phone/computer?

Every effort is made to present colors on our site accurately. Because yarn has different dye lots and because computer monitors render color differently, color variations may occur. If the color of your purchased item(s) is not to your liking when you receive your order please contact us to return your unwound/unused item(s).
